How do I book for the event?

Where can I find a list of speakers and subjects?
Who will be the delegates?
Delegates are typically clients, architects, engineers, surveyors, constructors, manufacturers, designers, climate change/sustainability specialists, project managers from both the public and private sector.
Do I need to book separately for the evening drinks?
No, the evening drinks hosted in the Pentahotel bar from 19:30 on Wednesday 4th June are free to attend.

I have an accessibility question/requirement, who do I contact?
When booking please state, when prompted, any accessibility requirement so we can contact you.
What are the different transport options to the University?

Can I park at the University?
Yes, you will be emailed a permit closer to the event date that you will need to print and display in your car windscreen. It will cover all days

Where is the Study Day event being held at the University and what are the timings?
The Meadow Suite - Open from 8:30 for networking and refreshments, with the event starting prompt at 9:00. Refer to the University Delegate Information Pack for the Meadow Suite for map HERE
Is there a programme for the day?

What is the format of the day?
All delegates attend the six main stage presentations and the roundtable event. In between those, there are break out sessions where you can choose between two different subjects.
Is there a limit on numbers for each breakout session?
Yes. You will be able to book them on the day. It is on a first come first served basis.
Will there be exhibitor stands?
Yes. We have a number of exhibition stands that we encourage you to visit during the breaks.
What food and drinks will be available at the Study Day event?
It will be a mix of sandwiches with a greater emphasis on vegan/vegetarian options with some meat and different drinks. Food and drink is included in your ticket price. Note if you wish to purchase other food and drink on the campus the University is CASHLESS
Any different dietary needs, please make clear when booking online. We must have a minimum of two weeks notice before the event
How can I help SPACES promote this event?
We are using social media to promote the event but especially our Linkedin page. If you can share our posts it helps enormously to publicise the study day.

Will the presentations be available for download?
Unless the presenter indicates otherwise, presentations will be available for download from the SPACES website. A link will be given on the day.

I cannot find a FAQ for my question, who do I contact?
